Return & Refund Policy

 

 

Overview

 

Because our products are printed specifically for you on demand (we don’t hold stock in a dusty warehouse), we cannot offer returns or exchanges for “change of mind,” wrong sizes ordered, or if you simply don’t like the color.

Please check the size guides carefully before ordering. Each item is custom-made just for you.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item entirely, we’ve got you covered. We will replace it at no cost to you.

You do not need to return the item. Instead, please follow these steps within 30 days of receiving your order:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damage or defect.

  2. Take a photo of the full product so we can see the placement of the print.

  3. Email these photos to us at [email protected] along with your Order ID.

Once we verify the issue, we will send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund.

 

Lost in Transit

 

If the tracking states your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it is stuck in transit well past the estimated delivery date:

  • Please contact us at [email protected].

  • We will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement free of charge.

  • Note: We are not responsible for packages stolen from your property after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

 

Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages

 

If you provide an incorrect address or fail to claim the package from your local post office, the shipment will be returned to our production facility.

  • We can reship the order to the correct address, but you will be liable for the reshipment costs.

  • If you choose not to have it reshipped, we cannot offer a refund as the item was made specifically for you.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you normally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalised.

As RailwayMayhem products are custom printed on demand to your specifications when you order, they fall under this exemption. Therefore, the standard right of withdrawal does not apply unless the item is faulty.
